The RFO contains proposed contract terms and conditions as well as complete instructions for submitting an offer. UPDATE 3/09/2015: Details of the optional site visit are now firm and posted here. B006. Site Visit. There is an OPTIONAL site visit on March 18, 2015 at 10:00 AM Local Time. a. Meeting point. The Lihue Airport terminal next to elevator No. 3 (street level). Lihue Airport Terminal 3901 Mokulele Loop Lihue, HI 96766 b. The FAA facility escort has been instructed not to answer any questions about the project during the site visit, please do not ask them any. All questions from the site visit must be submitted in writing according to the RFO s instructions in Section B, Clause B005 Solicitation Questions (above). The FAA assumes no responsibility for any conclusions or interpretations made by the contractor based on the information received by any means other than in writing from the Contracting Officer. The FAA does not assume responsibility for any understanding reached or representation made concerning conditions, which can affect the work, by any of its officers or agents before the execution of this contract, unless that understanding or representation is expressly stated in the contract. c. To attend the site visit, advance notice by e-mail is required by March 16, 2015, at 10:00 AM Hawaii Local Time to the FAA points of contact listed just below.
