- TITLE: 1560; DUCT ASEMBLY, SURGE; B-52 AIRCRAFT; WSIC: F IQC: 1000035809; ISSUE DATE: 10 APR 2015; CLOSING DATE: 11 MAY 2015 This solicitation will result in a 100% SMALL BUSINESS SET-ASIDE (SBSA) with a base year and four option years. The NSN is 1560-00-780-1334, Duct Assembly, Surge, IAW basic drawing P/N: 81205-35-12540. DLA Aviation currently has an approved technical data package for this item. This procurement is suitable for a fully competitive acquisition. The estimated annual quantity is 79 each. This item is subject to Export Control and Configuration Control. The following terms apply: FOB DESTINATION; Inspection / Acceptance ORIGIN. Delivery for this procurement will be DLA DIRECT (STOCK). Production delivery is 193 Days After Receipt of Order (DARO). This solicitation includes provision 52.215-9023, Reverse Auction. Since a Reverse Auction may be conducted, offerors are encouraged to access the ProcureX system to self-register and review the available training tools at: dla.procurexinc.com to learn more about how to participate in an auction. Offerors who do not self-register will be loaded at the time of auction by DLA. Past Performance Automated System (PPIRS_SR) apply. Price, Past Performance and Delivery will be equally weighted. The final contract award decision may be based upon a combination of price, past performance, and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation. This request is for a written quote. Please submit offers in writing. The solicitation issue date will be 10 April 2015 with a closing date of 11 May 2015.
