- Solicitation Document Description of Requirement: Leachate Management Diesel Pump and Trailer This is a solicitation notice for a diesel pump for leachate management and a trailer for transporting the pump. The anticipated procurement is expected to be a Fixed Priced type contract. Please review the solicitation document and any attachments for details. This solicitation is for Brand Name or Equal to "Godwin Dri-prime Pump CD150M Diesel Pump and Trailer." The Government is not soliciting or suggesting a particular name brand and will consider quotes for products meeting the salient characteristics in the solicitation of similar size, shape, color, design, and quality as the brand name product(s) listed. Set-aside status: The solicitation is scheduled to be issued as a full and open competition. Conducting Business with the Government In order for contractors to conduct business with the Department of Defense, the contractor must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) database. Information on registering in SAM may be obtained by calling (866) 606-8220 or via the internet at http://www.sam.gov. When available, the solicitation documents for this project will be accessible via FedBizOpps at www.fbo.gov. No CDs or hard copies will be available.
