A full and open strategy is anticipated. As suggested by industry, pricing attachments (Attachment 2), along with instructions, are provided. No changes to the pricing attachments are expected, unless formating and formula errors are found by industry members. The expected release date for the Request for Proposal is now approximately 13 March 2015. Due to space limitations, please limit attendees to two (2) representatives per company. The conference will include a tour of the Eastern Distribution Center warehouse; therefore casual attire is recommended including closed-toed shoes. Please see the revised attached map/directions and agenda for more information. Also, all contractor attendees must fill out the attached DLA 1818 Visit Notification Form and return to Mr. James McHale at james.mchale@dla.mil no later than March 25th. Please fill out blocks 9-13 of the form and submit one form per company listing up to two representative names. If you have a CAC card or Retired Military card, you will be able to use those credentials to enter the installation. All others must allow extra time to stop at Pass and ID at the gate to obtain a visitor badge. Foreign Nationals will not be allowed to enter the installation with prior approval.
