- Pursuant to FAR Subpart 13.501(a), the Network Contracting Office 23 (NCO 23) Sioux Falls, SD, intends to issue a sole source award to Omaha Ambulance Service Inc in the amount of $217,500.00 for the period of 04/01/2015 through 08/31/2015 for Non-emergency ALS/BLS Ground Ambulance Transportation Services for the Omaha VA Health Care System. This will be a 5-month bridge contract until a new solicitation is issued and contract awarded. This notice is not a request for quotes and no solicitation will be issued. Any firm that believes it can provide the stated service can provide supporting documents demonstrating their capability. Responses received will be used for future acquisitions. This procedure will be prepared in accordance with FAR Part 13, using Simplified Acquisition Procedures.
