- This is a Presolicitation Notice Only. No contract shall be awarded from this Presolicitation Notice. The anticipated requirement is for Fully Automated Core Laboratory, for the new Carl R. Darnall Army Medical Center at Fort Hood, Texas 76544. This requirement will be an Unrestricted Procurement using NAICS code 334516 and size standard 500 employees. This acquisition will be procured under the authority of FAR 13.5 - Test Program For Certain Commercial Items. The Government is anticipating a Firm Fixed Price contract. All interested parties can view, download, and print a copy of the solicitation and any resulting amendments on or about 31 Mar 2015. All contractors wishing to do business with the Department of Defense must be registered in the Central Contractor Registration (CCR) database.
