- SF-18 Drawings Construction Wage Rate Requirements RFQ Construction Clauses Statement of Work RFQ Cover Letter The contractor shall provide all supervision, labor, tools, equipment, transportation and materials required for replacement of building waste pipe and installation of a crawlspace grease interceptor at USCG Air Station Sitka, Alaska. Contractor must be in accordance with Statement of Work (SOW). The USCG Air Station Sitka has a requirement for replacement of the Galley sewer pipe in Sitka, AK. The scope of the project is to have a fully qualified contractor knowledgeable in water and sewer line construction to provide all labor, materials, equipment, transportation, incidentals and supervision to replace building waste pipe in the Galley crawl space as shown in the SOW. Additionally, replacement of the scullery sink, food grinder tailpieces and traps, and grease interceptors is required. Request that all quotes have a minimum of a 90-day expiration date. All responsible sources that submit a written quotation on or before the closing date/time will be considered. All prospective contractors shall have a valid, unexpired profile on the System for Award Management (SAM) website (www.sam.gov) in accordance with FAR 4.11 -OR- provide electronic copy proof of SAM profile creation with quote submission. GOVERNMENT FURNISHED MATERIALS: NONE PERIOD OF PERFORMANCE is within 90 days of Notice to Proceed. CONTRACTOR SHALL COMPLY WITH requirements of: applicable Coast Guard Safety Regulations, federal, state, and local regulations pertaining to water, air, and noise pollution. ADDITIONAL SPECIFICATIONS OR REQUIREMENTS ARE CONTAINED IN STATEMENT OF WORK. A SITE VISIT WILL BE OFFERED AT 10:00 AM ON THURSDAY, APRIL 02, 2015 BY REQUEST ONLY. Please contact MAT2 Scott Boucher at scott.m.boucher@uscg.mil to get on the attendance sheet. (Site visits are not mandatory, but are highly encouraged.) Location: U.S. Coast Guard, Air Station Sitka, Alaska. ESTIMATED PRICE RANGE IS BETWEEN $25,000 AND $100,000. The Government anticipates awarding a firm-fixed-price construction contract. This action is a 100% Total Small Business Set-Aside with a NAICS code of 237110.
