- This procurement will be issued as Unrestricted utilizing Other than Full and Open Competition 10 U.S.C. 2304 (c) (1) and FAR 6.302-1 procedures. This is a single National Stock Number (NSN) Request for Proposal which will result in an Indefinite Quantity Contract (IQC) for a base year plus four - one year options. This item is Source Controlled. The part being procured is Valve, Refueling, Bre for NSN 1680-01-100-8296 for an Estimated Annual Quantity of 125 each. There is one approved source for supply: EATON Corporation, CAGE 00624, Part Number AE80613P. The required delivery schedule is 191 days. Configuration Control applies. FOB Destination. Inspection and Acceptance is Destination. Surge and Sustainment requirements apply. Refer to clauses 52.217-9006, 52.217-9007, 52.217-9008, 52.217-9009, and 52.217-9010. Offerors must complete a capability assessment plan online and submit a copy as part of the proposal. See clause 52.217-9007. DLA Aviation Richmond does not currently have an approved technical data package available for this NSN. Solicitation issue date is 10 APRIL 2015. A copy of the solicitation will be available via the DIBBS Website https://www.dibbs.bsm.dla.mil/ on the issue date cited in the RFP.
