Solicitation will be issued on or about: 7 April 2015 and closes: 7 May 2015. 2. Solicitation number: FA8119-15-R-0026 3. Purchase Request number: FD20301500509 4. Description: Description: Repair of duct assembly and exhaust pipe. This requirement is provided for assets to be repaired and returned in a serviceable, like new condition. Contractor's service will provide all labor, materials, tools, equipment, parts, transportation, etc. required to fulfill the Performance Work Statement (PWS). Qualification requirements for these mission critical items cannot be drafted because the Government does not possess unlimited rights manufacturing drawings, repair technical data, test equipment, and tooling necessary to qualify a new contractor to perform the overhaul of this item.
