- This is a Sources Sought Notice (Request for Information). The Government intends to establish a Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA) for various Synthes implants, screws, plates, accessory items and instrument sets to be utilized for a procedure called open reduction internal fixation (ORIF) for the Department of Orthopedics in the Army Hospital in Korea. Mfr: Synthes Inc. Requests for the supplies will be placed against the BPA as required. Period of performance will be for five years. NAICS code is 339113. See attached item listing. Interested parties shall reply to Pacific Regional Contracting Office VIA EMAIL to annette.t.pickering.civ@mail.mil. TELEPHONE REQUESTS WILL NOT BE HONORED. Please indicate your interest and/or ability to provide all the items and also provide a current copy of your price list for all the items and your capabilities statement NO LATER THAN 31 MARCH 2015, 8:00 AM Hawaii Standard Time or 1:00 PM Eastern Time. Quotes will no longer be accepted after the suspense date and time. VENDOR MUST BE ABLE TO PROVIDE 100% of the items on the list.
