- 15T0114_sol N00164-15-T-0114 - SOLE SOURCE - HIGH VOLTAGE DIVIDER - FSC 5905 - NAICS 334419 Issue Date: 26 MAR 2015 - Closing Date: 9 APR 2015 - Time: 3:00 P.M. EDT Naval Surface Warfare Center (NSWC) Crane Division intends to enter into a Firm Fixed Price (FFP), supply contract IAW FAR13, Simplified Acquisition Procedures. Synopsis exception FAR 5.202(a)(13) applies and Solicitation Number N00164-15-T-0114 is hereby issued as an attachment hereto. Size Standard for NAICS Code 334419 is 500 SOLE SOURCE PROCUREMENT The proposed contract action is for supplies or services for which the Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source, Caddock Electronics Inc. 17271 North Umpqua HWY Roseburg, OR 97470-9422, and their Distributor Aschbacher and Associates Inc., under the authority of FAR 6.302-1. All responsible offeror's may submit a quote that will be reviewed by the Government. However, a determination by the Government not to compete with this proposed contract based upon responses to this solicitation is solely within the discretion of the Government. Information received will normally be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement. CLIN 0001: High Voltage Divider Inspection and Acceptance is to be at destination with delivery F.O.B. Destination: Crane, IN 47522-5001. Please reference delivery schedule in RFQ. The anticipated award date is 24 APR 2015. Quoter's prior to submitting a quote carefully review ALL sections and fill in all blanks that apply. To be eligible for award of a Government contract, contractors must be properly registered in the Governments Central Contractor Registration (CCR) and the Online Representations and Certifications Application (ORCA). CCR and ORCA have been recently incorporated into the Governments new point of registration, System for Awards Management (SAM). This site can be accessed at https://www.sam.gov, re-registration may be necessary. Contractors must also be properly registered in the Joint Certification Program (JCP) in order to receive the controlled solicitation attachments. Offerors may obtain information JCP by going to http://www.dlis.dla.mil. All changes to the requirement that occur prior to the closing date will be posted to FedBizOpps http://www.fbo.gov. It is the responsibility of interested vendors to monitor, FedBizOpps for amendments that may be issued to this solicitation. For changes made after the closing date, only those offeror's that provide a quote will be provided any changes/amendments and considered for future discussions and/or award. No hard copies of the solicitation will be mailed. Quotes must be submitted in the format specified in the solicitation.
