- The Army Contracting Command-Redstone proposes to issue solicitation number W31P4Q-15-T-0049 on or about 9 April 2015 with a closing date 30 days after issuance. National Stock Number: 9999-99 999-9999, Part Number: 13296387, Noun: Tube-launched Optically Guided Wireless Reinforcing Straps, FY 15 Basic Quantity, 5,000, FY 15 Options up to 4,000; FY 16 Options up to 4,000; and FY 17 Options up to 5,000. F.O.B. Destination with delivery to Redstone Arsenal, AL. First Article Testing is required. This is a 100% Small business Set Aside. Offers are not solicited from other than small business concerns. The TOW Reinforcing Straps are to be manufactured in accordance with the Technical Data Package (TDP) under United States Army part number 13296387. A Firm Fixed Price contract is anticipated to be awarded by the Government. All responsible small businesses may submit an offer, which shall be considered by the agency.
