- The Naval Air Warfare Center, Weapons Division, China Lake, CA intends to procure on a other tha full and open competition basis aquantity of 100 EA Samsung Galaxy Note 4 and 100 EA of Samsung Galaxy Tab S. This requirement is sole sourced to Sansung as the original manufacturer. Any firm believing that they can provide the Samsung Galaxy Note 4 (SM-N910F) running Android 4.4.4, Kernel version3.10.0, build KYU84Q, with US wall outlet plugs for CONUS use and Samsung Galaxy Tab S 8.4' (SM-T707V), running Android 4.4.2, Kernel version 3.4.0, build KOT49H, with us outlet plugs for CONUS use. may submit a written response to be received at the Contracting Office no later than the response date listed in this notice. All responsible sources may submit a quotation which shall be considered by the agency.
