- This is a pre-solicitation notice. NAVSUP Fleet Logistics Center Puget Sound will be soliciting for technical representative services in support of U.S. Naval Ship Repair Facility (SRF) Yokosuka, Japan. All services to be provided in accordance with the Performance Work Statement. This acquisition will be negotiated on a sole source basis with Rolls-Royce Marine North America per FAR 6.302-1. Interested persons may identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirement or submit proposals prior to the offer due date, which will be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement. A determination not to compete this action based upon responses received to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. The period of performance shall be 01 August~17 December 2015. It is anticipated that the solicitation will be posted to NECO on or about 31 March 2015 with proposals due on or about 08 April 2015. This firm-fixed-price services type contract will be awarded in accordance with FAR Part 12 and FAR Subpart 13.5, utilizing Low Price Technically Acceptable evaluation procedures. Prospective offerors are responsible for downloading their own copy of the solicitation from this website and for frequently monitoring the site for any amendments. The Government is not responsible for any inability of the offeror to access the posted documents. No telephone or fax requests will be accepted, and no hard-copy solicitation/amendment will be mailed or faxed. Emailed completed solicitations are acceptable.
