NO OTHER INFORMATION IS AVAILABLE UNTIL THE SOLICITATION IS ISSUED ON THE DATE IDENTIFIED BELOW** Solicitation Documents: The solicitation will be issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ) requiring both price and technical proposals responding to evaluation criteria described in the solicitation. Documents will only be available electronically to download from this website on or about 6 Apr 2015. Description: The purpose of this project is to secure services to mechanically treat (masticate) up to 132 acres in mixed-aged timber, plantations and naturally regenerating stands. Unless otherwise provided, the Contractor shall furnish all labor, transportation, equipment, tools, supervision, materials and any necessary incidentals to accomplish work on this project. Location: Mendocino National Forest/Upper Lake Ranger District Price Range: N/A Contract Time: 365 Calendar Days Pre-Bid Site Visit: Yes, will be detailed in the solicitation Estimated Start Date: 11 May 2015 Set-Aside: This project is 100% set aside for small business Response Location: Offers will be accepted at the Northern California Acquisition Service Area, Redding Office, located within the Shasta-Trinity National Forest Headquarters at 3644 Avtech Parkway, Redding, CA 96002 NO LATER than time and date indicated on solicitation. SAM REGISTRATION REQUIREMENTS: Prospective contractors must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) prior to award. SAM is a consolidation of the former Central Contractor Registration (CCR) and On-line Representation and Certification Application (ORCA) databases.
