- The U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service, Northeast Region 5, is issuing a Request for Proposal (RFP) for Maintenance Shop Addition at the Edwin B. Forsythe National Wildlife Refuge located in Oceanville (Atlantic Co.), New Jersey. The work under this contract includes the construction of a 15' x 20' addition to existing maintenance shop building. Includes pre fabricated timber roof trusses, lumber materials, electrical, vinyl siding, trim, gutters, downspouts, duct and grille work, roofing, doors and windows. The estimated magnitude for this project is between $25,000. and $100,000. This procurement is set aside for small business. The NAICS code is 236210, with a small business size standard of $36.5 million. Registration is required at the System for Award Management (SAM online at www.sam.gov). All responsible sources may submit a proposal which shall be considered by the Agency. A Request for Proposal (RFP) including Technical Specifications, drawing and evaluation criteria will be released through www.fbo.gov and www.fedconnect.net on or about April 10, 2015. The period of performance is thirty days. The anticipated contract type will be Firm Fixed Price. Award will be made based upon Best Value to the Government is accordance with FAR Part 15, and the terms in the solicitation.
