- The Mission & Installation Contracting Command, (MICC) at Fort Polk, Louisiana is planning to issue a solicitation through FEDBID with intent to award a competitive firm-fixed price 100% HUB-Zone set aside contract for Court Reporter Services for the Equal Employment Office located on Fort Polk, LA. The contractor shall provide all personnel, equipment, supplies, facilities, transportation, tools, materials, supervision, and other items and non-personal services necessary to perform court reporting services as defined in this Performance Work Statement except for those items specified as Government furnished property and services. The contractor shall perform to the standards in this contract. The Fort Polk Equal Employment Opportunity Office administers the EEO complaints process on Fort Polk, Louisiana and coordinates for court reporting and transcription services. Equal Employment Opportunity Commission (EEOC) Management Directive 110, 29 CFR 1614 and Army Regulation 690-600 require a verbatim transcript of the testimony provided by complainants and witnesses during EEO fact finding conferences. The projected Period of Performance is for a base year of on or about 01 May 2015 to 30 April 2016 with two (2) one-year option periods. The applicable NAICS code is 561492. Solicitation will be issued on or about 01 April 2015 with an offer due date on or about 22 April 2015. Please note that this notice does NOT constitute the Invitation For Bid. The solicitation and any/all amendments shall be posted and available for view and download through the Army Single Face to Industry (ASFI) at https://acquisition.army.mil/asfi/ and the FedBizOps website at https://www.fbo.gov/ as no paper copies will be issued. It is incumbent upon all interested parties to review the aforementioned site regularly for any updates/amendments to the solicitation, review their Commercial and Government Entity Code (CAGE code) and be registered as active in System for Award Management (SAM). This notice does not obligate the government to award a contract. FAR Part 12 and 14 procedures will be used for this procurement.
