The meeting place for this site visit will be the north side of building 147, near the fire escape staricase. ----------------------------------------------------------------------- *Notice 18 March 2015 Please see attached Statement of Work (SOW) for this project in the attachments section of this solicitation. ------------------------------------------------------------------------ This is a requirement for Audio Visual Equipment and Installation as indicated below. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a separate Request for Proposal (RFP) will not be issued. The solicitation number is # F2MTR25063AW01 and is issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ). This combined synopsis/solicitation incorporates provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-80 and DFARS change notice 20150226. This NAICS code is 334220 and the size standard is 750 employees. Please respond to this RFQ by emailing responses to the Primary Point of Contact (POC) listed below. When submitting questions, please use the sample format provided in the attachments. For site visits, a base pass is required to gain access to the facility. Please utilize the pass request format and submit 24 hrs prior or earlier to obtain a pass. Passes can be picked up at the JBSA Lackland Visitor's Center. See attached Base Map attachment for locations and request format. Site Visit: A site visit will be conducted. Site visit is not required for award, but encouraged for complete understanding of this requirement. Site visit will be held on: Tuesday, 24 March 2015 at 1:30pm.
