- **THIS IS NOT A REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL, THE GOVERNMENT IS SEEKING INFORMATION FOR MARKET RESEARCH PURPOSES ONLY** The Hill AFB, UT Operational Contracting Office has a requirement to renovate/repair an existing facility on Hill AFB. We are conducting market research to determine if sufficient competition exists in the 8(a) Business Development Program. The 8(a) firms must have the capability and capacity to perform work with a construction magnitude between $1,000,000 and $5,000,000. The NAICS code for this procurement will be 236220, Commercial and Institutional Building Construction. The project scope includes general construction for renovation and new work, alterations, site work, mechanical, electrical, plumbing, carpentry, HVAC etc., no design work will be required. The current small business size standard for 236220 is $36.5 million.
