- The Bureau of Reclamation intends to award a sole source contract to Kone Inc. The NAICS code used for this requirement is 811310 - Commercial and Industrial Machinery and Equipment (except Automotive and Electronic) Repair and Maintenance. The objective of this requirement is for the Bureau of Reclamation (Reclamation) to complete the inspection and repair of Block 14 elevator at the Hungry Horse Dam Power Plant. Work is the be completed as follows: • Perform a complete inspection on Block 14 elevator to verify reason for outage. • Complete a detailed parts list to present to the Hungry Horse Field Office staff to inform them of the parts needed to be purchased. Contractor's parts list to include data sheets, specifications, and part numbers needed to repair and return elevator to full operational status. • Install all parts to Block 14 elevator. • Perform verification inspection on Block 14 elevator to ensure elevator has been returned to full operational status. The location of the work to be performed is at the Hungry Horse Field Office in Hungry Horse, Montana. THIS ANNOUNCEMENT CONSTITUTES THE ONLY NOTICE; QUOTATIONS ARE NOT BEING REQUESTED, AND A WRITTEN SOLICITATION WILL NOT BE ISSUED. Interested parties may identify their interest and capabilities in response to this notice by submitting their capabilities to provide these services in writing, by email to Alicia Wickerham at awickerham@usbr.gov, 4:00 pm (Pacific Time) Monday March 30th, 2015. All responses received by the closing date of this notice will be considered by the Government.
