- Drawing and Pictures of Electrical Relocation SF 30 AMENDMENT THIS SOLICITATION IS AMENDED TO ADD AN ADDITIONAL DRAWING AND PICTURES OF THE ELECTRICAL RELOCATION PLAN FOR THIS PROJECT. The USDA Forest Service, Lake States Acquisition Team announces a Total Small Business Set-Aside opportunity to bid on Fire Garage Improvements at the Park Falls Ranger District Administrative Site of the Chequamegon-Nicolet National Forest in Park Falls, Wisconsin. Work includes, but is not limited to, removing existing wall and roof structure, overhead door, entry door and window, re-installing scissor type trusses on removed roof section, adding new end wall with new overhead door, re-installing entry door and removed window, concrete flatwork, painting and any electrical work required. The contractor shall provide all management and project administration services, quality control, labor, supervision, equipment, transportation, supplies and materials to complete the project on time and on schedule. In accordance with FAR Part 36.204, the estimated magnitude of construction is between $25,000 and $100,000. The applicable North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code is 238190. The Small Business Administration size standard is $15.0 M. Contractors are required to be actively registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) database and have completed the online representations and certifications. Contractors must also register in the Invoice Processing Platform (IPP) for payment purposes. THIS IS NOT A SOLICITATION FOR PROPOSALS AND NO CONTRACT SHALL BE AWARDED FROM THIS SYNOPSIS. No reimbursement will be made for any costs associated with providing information in response to this synopsis, the pending solicitation or any follow up information requests. The solicitation will be posted to the FedBizOpps website on or about February 27th, 2015 and bids will be accepted to March 27, 2015. No hard copies of the solicitation, supporting documents and applicable amendments, if any, will be provided. To receive the entire solicitation package and any applicable amendments, prospective offerors must download them from the FedBizOpps website. This project is located in Price County of Wisconsin and applicable Davis-Bacon Wage Rates apply.
