- Sources Sought Notice for Information Only: This Request for Information (RFI)/Sources Sought Notice is issued for informational and planning purposes only. This is not a Request for a Quote (RFQ). It is not to be construed as a commitment by the Government to issue a solicitation or ultimately award a contract. Letterkenny Army Depot is currently conducting market research to locate qualified, experienced, and interested potential sources. Negative replies are also sought. Letterkenny Army Depot is seeking information concerning the availability of contractors to perform software upgrade of UID Comply to UCWeb! and follow-on maintenance/support for base year and four (4) option years. Upon review of industry response to this Sources Sought Synopsis, the Government will determine whether to solicit on a sole source basis, whether to set-aside the acquisition or compete on a full and open basis. All contractors interested in providing this service may indicate their interest in this potential acquisition by supplying responses that should include: (1) identification of company size status, certifications, i.e. 8(a), HUBZone, SDVOSB, small business (2) please indicate which NAICS code(s) your company usually performs under Government contracts. For the purposes of the RFI, the North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code is 541519 - Other Computer Related Services. The small business size standard is $25.5. If your firm is capable of requirements described in this RFI, please provide a Capability Statement to Ms. Mary E. Britsch, mary.e.britsch.civ@mail.mil, by 13 March 2015, 9:00 a.m. Eastern Time. The government plans to use the Internet and e-mail as the primary means of disseminating and exchanging information. Hard copies of documents posted on FBO will not be made available.
