- DELIVERY SCHEDULE BREAD BID 3Q FCC POLLOCK March 3, 2015 Dear Offeror: Enclosed is a solicitation package prepared by the Federal Bureau of Prisons, Federal Correctional Complex, Pollock, Louisiana, Contracting Office, for the acquisition of BREAD Requirements for 3rDquarter of fiscal year 2015. This package contains all the necessary information for submitting a request for quote for evaluation. In submitting the request for quote, offerors should consider all information provided herein. Please carefully follow all instructions located in the solicitation package concerning the content, format and submission of your quote. Please complete Standard Form 1449 - Blocks 17, 23, 24, and 30. Make sure to include your Data Universal Number System (DUNS) number with your quote!!!!. You must complete your representations and certifications via the On-line Representations and Certifications Applications (ORCA) at www.sam.gov and provide Federal Acquisition Regulation 52.212-3. Please quote only on those items specified. Do not change the item specified. Do not change the item description. Do not bid on items that do not meet specifications. Do not use phrases that would limit the Government from awarding by line item. You will be responsible for providing the correct prices to match our units of measurement. I will not do the conversions on the math. If you fail to meet the delivery schedule or attempt to provide an item that does not meet the specifications it will be noted as a performance issue and your bid for the next quarter may not be considered. The solicitation awards will be posted on Fed Biz Opps www.fbo.gov as soon as possible after the award of the products. *Electronically sent (e-mail), faxed, and mailed submission of quotes are all acceptable. Quotes must be received no later than March 15 2015. E-MAIL IS THE PREFERRED METHOD!!!!!!!!!!!
