- G15PS00114 RFQ G15PS00114 is be issued under the FEDLINK program This is an announcement directing interested parties to the FedConnect web page at https://www.fedconnect.net/FedConnect/ where details of a U.S. Geological Survey (USGS) Request for Quote (RFQ) G15PS00114, amendment 000001, and the questions and answers document may be viewed. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6. This RFQ constitutes the only solicitation. Firm-fixed price quotations are being requested for the Library Serials Subscription Services. The posted RFQ contains a description of the required services, Instruction to Offerors, Statement of Work, RFQ attachments, and applicable clauses. All offerors who have a current Library of Congress (LC)/FEDLINK contract holder for library serial subscription services, have the ability to meet all the RFQ requirements, have a valid Dun & Bradstreet Number (DUNS) and are registered in SAM.gov are invited to submit electronic quotes via email to the USGS Contracting Officer for the posted RFQ. This synopsis/solicitation is being issued as full and open competition under the Library of Congress (LC)/FEDLINK program. The order Task Order resulting from this RFQ will be placed under the FEDLINK program. The USGS FEDLINK ID is GISV. Only offerors that hold a current LC/FEDLINK program Basis Ordering Agreement (BOA) will be considered for award. The NAICS code for this acquisition 519190. Firm-fixed price quotation packages are due via email to the Contracting Officer at jenglehart@usgs.gov no later than 1:00 PM ET, Wednesday, March 11, 2015.
