- New Transmission for MV BILLY GREER This solicitation is being issued as a request for quotation (RFQ) under solicitation number DTMA93Q1500005. This requirement is a small business set aside and the NAICS code is 423830. The Department of Transportation (DOT) Maritime Administration's intent is to remove malfunction transmission from port engine and replace with new, 1 Twin Disc Brand Marine Gear (Transmission) and Output Flange. Items will fit Billy Greer Port Engine, for the Maritime Administration, Beaumont Reserve Fleet (BRF). All work shall be accomplished while the vessel lay afloat alongside the Beaumont Reserve Fleet access pier. See attached solicitation for details.
