- Synopsis: The United States Army Medical Research Acquisition Activity (USAMRAA) has a requirement in support of the US Army Medical Research Institute of Chemical Disease (USAMRICD) for a Sputter Coater with Carbon Evaporator Vacuum Pump - Brand Name or Equal in accordance with the specifications listed in the Minimum Essential Criteria to be provided in the solicitation. This procurement is a 100% Small Business Set Aside. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 334516 This solicitation will be issued electronically in accordance with FAR 4.501, 5.102(a)(7) and 14.205-1(c); therefore hardcopies will not be provided. Proposals submitted must be in electronic format as stated in the solicitation. All responses to this solicitation must be submitted in digitized/electronic format. Paper copy responses will not be accepted. All responsible sources may submit a quote, which shall be considered by the agency. The competitive solicitation, solicitation amendments and all questions and answers relating to this procurement shall be made available via the Internet at https://acquisition.army.mil/asfi/ or https://www.fedbizopps.gov The solicitation is anticipated for release to the vendor community on or about March 3, 2015 and will only be available through March 11, 2015.
