- This is a non-personnel services contract to provide leasing, tailoring and laundering of occupational clothing for the German Local National (LN) industrial workforce of the United Sates Army at various delivery locations in Germany. The Government shall not exercise any supervision or control over the contract service providers performing the services herein. The contractor shall provide all personnel, equipment, supplies, facilities, transportation, tools, materials, supervision, and other items and non-personal services necessary to perform leasing, tailoring and laundering of occupational clothing as defined in the Performance Work Statement (PWS). Offers will be evaluated as Lowest Price Technically Acceptable (LPTA) in accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Part 15.101-2. Solicitation will be issued on 9 MAR 2015.
