- Description
- The work consists of the removal of the existing propane furnace and replacement with a new electric furnace as well as upgrade of electrical service to the building from 100 Amp to 320 Amp. The contractor shall be responsible for coordinating all work with the local power utility company, PENELEC. The Contractor shall be responsible for all inspections and permits required by the power company. The contractor's price shall include all costs of power company coordination, inspections, furnishing new transformer and pad as well as new meter and socket. Representative pictures of the existing electric service and furnace are conained at the end of the specifications.
