- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The solicitation number is W9124C-15-T-0039 and is issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ). The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular FAC 2005-79. The associated North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) code for this procurement is 721110 with a small business size standard of $32.5 Million. REQUIREMENT DESCRIPTION: This requirement is for the lodging, meals, meeting rooms, and audio video (AV) for an anticipated 1005 participants to include service members, family members, staff personnel, community partners, instructors, and liaisons during two separate Yellow Ribbon Reintegration Programs at Orlando, FL. 81st Regional Support Command (RSC) at Fort Jackson, SC is sponsoring the two separate events. The two events are scheduled for 10-12 April 2015 and 15-17 May 2015. However, the advance parties arrival is two (2) days prior to the start of each events and departure one (1) day after the end of each events. The awarded contract will be a Firmed-Fixed-Price (FFP) contract. CLIN 0001 1170 Room Nights 8-13 April 2015 (See Attachment 1- SOW) CLIN 0002 Breakout Room 10-12 April 2015 (See Attachment 1 - SOW CLIN 0003 AV Support 10-12 April 2015 (See Attachment 1 - SOW) CLIN 0004 Meals and Beverages 8-13 April 2015 (See Attachment 1-SOW) CLIN 0005 1170 Room Nights 13-18 May 2015 (See Attachment 1- SOW) CLIN 0006 Breakout Room 15-17 May 2015 (See Attachment 1 - SOW CLIN 0007 AV Support 15-17 May 2015 (See Attachment 1 - SOW) CLIN 0008 Meals and Beverages 13-18 May 2015 (See Attachment 1-SOW) Lodging and Meal Rates Shall be IAW with 2015 Per Diem Rates. RESPONSIBLE SOURCES SHALL PROVIDE THE FOLLOWING: 1. Price quote which identifies a complete breakout of requested item(s) unit and total price. 2. Point of contact to include: Representative name, phone and fax number, and email address. 3. Prompt Payment Terms. 4. Remittance address, Tax Identification Number, DUNS number and Cage Code number, and information pertaining to length of the base warranty. INSPECTION AND ACCEPTANCE: Destination by Government OFFER ACCEPTANCE: Quote MUST be valid for 60 calendar days after submission.
