- Description
- The U.S. Department of Education's Office of Planning, Policy and Innovation (PPI) in the Office of Postsecondary Education (OPE) contemplates award of a contract requiring support for postsecondary data collection. This award will be a total small business set-aside. The contract shall support maintenance and updates of the National Postsecondary Education Cooperative's (NPEC) Website, maintenance and updates of the College Affordability and Transparency Center (CATC) website, data collections for the Campus Crime Survey, the Equity in Athletics Disclosure Act (EADA) Survey, the Accreditation School List (ASL), and collection of information on and updates of the gainful employment disclosure template. The contract period of performance consists of a 12-month base period and four 12-month option periods for a total of 60 months. The U.S. Department of Education anticipates that work will be performed under a Firm-Fixed-Price contract. This acquisition will be solicited using the procurement process prescribed in Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Part 15. The solicitation will be available via the Federal Business Opportunities website (www.fbo.gov) on or about March 5, 2015. Please reference FBO.gov, Special Notice ED0OPE-15-000003 that contains additional information. Please note that the February 25, 2015 update to the special notice referenced a solicitation number, ED-IES-15-R-0013, that is no longer applicable due to Department reconsideration. The solicitation number has been updated to ED-OPE-15-R-0017.
