- The Army Contracting Command (ACC) New Jersey (NJ) Fort Dix, in accordance with FAR 13.106-1(b)(1)(i), intends to award a sole source contract to EC America, Inc. 8444 Westpark Drive, Suite 200, McLean, VA 22102. The Contractor shall provide Citrix XenApp Platinum Edition Support Renewal and 200 hours of Technical Relationship Management (TRM) support to Product Director Acquisition, Logistics and Technology Enterprise Systems and Services (PD ALTESS) located at Radford Army Ammunition Plant; Radford, VA. The requiring activity utilizes the software as the foundation upon which all other application software is installed for Bastion Host Access. 200 Hours of TRM Support provides monthly case reviews, reports and streamlined single point of contact. Market research was previously conducted and it has been determined that this is a sole source requirement. This action will result in a Firm Fixed Price contract with a period of Performance commencing 12 months, after contract award, from 1 April 2015 through 31 March 2016. The NAICS code for this requirement is 511210 with a size standard of $25,000,000. The notice of intent to award a sole source contract is not a request for competitive quotations and no Request for Quotation (RFQ) will be issued for competitive quotes.
