- Contracting Office Address: Defense Logistics Agency, Logistics Operations, DLA Aviation - Richmond, 8000 Jefferson Davis Highway, Richmond, VA 23297-5000 Description: This solicitation will contain Indefinite Delivery Purchase Order (IDPO). The solicitation will consist of one base year and four option years: Destination inspection required Quantity variance is zero. Solicitation will be unrestricted, other than full and open competition procedures. The NSN is 6150-01-586-4009. Delivery is 222 day's ARO. FOB Origin. The sources of supply are: SEMCO INSTRUMENTS, INC. DBA 24735 P/N AA11100-4 SIKORSKY AIRCRAFT CORPORATION DBA 78286 P/N 70550-28806-104 The estimated annual demand for this item is 21 each. Specifications or plans related to the procurement described are not available at DLA Aviation. The solicitation and award will be made under FAR 13.5 procedures. The final contract award decision may be based upon a combination of price, past performance and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation. In order to receive an award, regardless of dollar value, you must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM). Annual updates to your registration will be required. Surplus dealers and small business dealers and distributors having existing stocks of surplus or newly manufactured material are invited to respond to this synopsis. The response should include a completed surplus certificate, DLAD 52.211-9000, Government Surplus Material, or adequate traceability documentation to show product is acceptable. In addition, respondents should identify quantity available and price. DLA will consider all such responses and may alter the acquisition strategy if purchase of existing surplus or newly-manufactured inventory is in the best interest of the Government. This solicitation includes provision 52.215-9023, Reverse Auction.
