- NSN: 5895-01-542-7428, Panel, Control, Electric. Approved Source(s): Snowbird Environmental Systems, Cage, 0V5R4, P/N LCAC-33KH-1. Destination Inspection is required. FOB is Origin. First Destination Transportation applies to this procurement. DLA Aviation Richmond does not currently have an approved technical data package available for this NSN. Required delivery is 30 days. This NSN is a non-critical application item. Solicitation will result in an Indefinite Quantity Contract (IQC) for a base year plus 4 option years. Solicitation is for a stock buy. Solicited unrestricted, on other than full and open competition. Pricing will be evaluated on the Estimated Annual Demand (EAD), which is 12 each. The estimated demand quantities will be the same for the base year and all four option periods. The guaranteed minimum quantity is 3 each for the base year only. The final contract award decision may be based upon a combination of price, past performance, and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation. Solicitation issue date is on or about March 18, 2015. A copy of the solicitation will be available via the DIBBS Website https://www.dibbs.bsm.dla.mil/ on the issue date cited in the RFP.
