- Addendum #1 - Revised Bid Due Date A second pre-bid meeting has been set up for Friday, March 6, 2015, at 10:00 AM (MST). THIS IS A SUBCONTRACTING OPPORTUNITY with Management and Training Corporation (MTC), operator of the Clearfield Job Corps Center (CJCC). Please accept this as your invitation to attend our pre-bid meeting for Various Deficiencies at CJCC, located at 20 West 1700 South, Clearfield, UT 84016. The meeting will be conducted on Tuesday, February 24, 2015 at 9:00 AM (MST), with bids due on Friday, March 6, 2015 by 2:00 PM (MST). The attached "Construction Bid Package (CBP)" contains the requirements of the project. The Davis Bacon Wage Schedule and MTC-Vendor Packet (W-9 and MTC Vendor Self-Certification forms) are provided for your convenience. All forms, references and bid breakout must be returned with our Bid for Lump Sum Contract (page 3 of the CBP) in order to be deemed responsive. Please pay close attention to the "Instructions to Bidder" as outlined on page 2 of the CBP. MTC reserves the right to reject any or all bids or waive any formality connected with the bids. MTC will be the sole judge of which bid is the best value and its determination and finding on such decision will be final.
