- SYNOPSIS Services Non-Personal: The Air Force intends to make an award on a competitive basis for a 100% Small Business set aside for the following service: providing an established, current and proven web based remote Active Server Pages (ASP), Integrated Library System (ILS) to three (3) Air Force Space Command (AFSPC) general libraries and one (1) Air Force Global Strike Command (AFGSC) located at the following locations: Patrick AFB, FL; Peterson AFB, CO; Vandenberg AFB, CA; and Malmstrom AFB, MT according to specific instructions contained in the Performance Work Statement (PWS). The successful contractor shall provide all labor, equipment, materials, and tools to perform the work in accordance with the PWS. The solicitation, FA2517-15-T-6002 is available and will be posted on/or about 9 March 2015. The solicitation will be distributed solely through the Federal Business Opportunity (FBO) web site http://www.fbo.gov/. This requirement will be accessible to those companies deemed eligible by the information they provided when they register with the System for Award Management https://www.sam.gov/. Hard copies of the solicitation will NOT be available. The FBO web site provides downloading instructions. All future information about this solicitation, including any amendments and other general information, will also be distributed solely through this site. All interested parties are responsible for monitoring this site to ensure that they have up-to-date information about this acquisition and are encouraged to monitor and register their company on the Interested Vendor List (IVL) and Register to Receive Notifications. The anticipated award will be a Firm Fixed Price contract with a base year beginning 1 June 2015 throough 31 May 2016 with four option periods ending 31 May 2020. The North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) code will be 541512 - Computer Systems Design Services with a small business size standard of $27.5 million.
