- AMENDMENT EFFECTIVE DATE 3 MARCH, 2015. 1. THE PURPOSE OF THIS IS TO CHANGE THE SOLICITATION NUMBER TO N66001-15-T-7126 FROM N66001-15-P-7126. 2. ALL OTHER TERMS AND CONDITIONS REMAIN THE SAME. ******************************************************** Space and Naval Warfare Systems Center, Pacific (SSC Pacific) intends to award a firm fixed price purchase order on a sole source basis to LINDE GAS NORTH AMERICA LLC. The requirement is for HELIUM 3, 99.9 ATOM gas. This notice of intent is not a request for quote. A determination by the government not to compete based upon responses to this notice is solely at the discretion of the government. Questions by phone or fax will not be considered. Acquisition of Commercial Items under FAR Part 12 and Simplified Acquisitions Procedures under FAR Part 13 apply. The applicable NAICS Code is 325120 and the business size standard is 1000 personnel.
