- SYNOPSIS: This proposed procurement is set-aside for Small Businesses, NAICS 541511 size standard of $27.5 Million. Contractor shall be required to perform all work necessary for inspection of specific gas fired equipment and development of an Environmental Compliance Tracking System(ECTS)for the same equipment as defined in the performance work statement. The equipment is located at Letterkenny Army Depot in Chambersburg, PA. Additional information in accordance with the statement of work is included in the request for quotations package. All responsible sources may submit a quote which shall be considered by the agency. All questions shall be submitted via e-mail to Karen.Truxal@usace.army.mil no later than 10 March 2015, 2:00 pm EST. Available thru Federal Business Opportunities System The solicitation will be provided in an electronic format, free of charge on or about 3 March 2015, to all authenticated account holders of the Federal Business Opportunities (FBO) System. To familiarize vendors with the newly released FBO system, please download the Vendor Guide. Please note that all Corps of Engineers acquisitions are considered Sensitive, But Unclassified Documents, and require users to have a valid MPIN entered in the FBO system to access package. The media through which the Government chooses to issue this solicitation will be the Internet only. This solicitation will not be issued in paper. No phone or fax request for copy of solicitation will be accepted.
