- The West Palm Beach Medical Center located at 7305 N Military Trail West Palm Beach, FL 33410, intends to issue a Request For Quote (RFQ) for custom tables. Type of contract will be Firm Fixed Price purchase order. This procurement is being solicited as small business set-aside the applicable NAICS code is 337214. Solicitation will be posted on FBO electronically issued in commercial item format in accordance with FAR Part 12 and 13 on or about March 9, 2015 with an estimated offer due date by March 23, 2015. Any future amendments and other miscellaneous documents will be available electronically for download at the following URL: http://www.fbo.gov. Quotes are to be submitted electronically to the following email Mario.lantigua@va.gov, electronic proposals shall be titled in the following format company name and RFQ number the contractor must ensure that we receive the proposal on time, confirming this by e-mail. Telephone requests for the solicitation will not be accepted or honored. Offerors are responsible to submit all documentation requested and completely fill out the solicitation. Incomplete solicitations will not be considered for evaluation. All responsible sources may submit an offer that if timely received, will be considered. Offerors are encouraged to submit best and final offer.
