- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial services prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The solicitation number for this requirement is W912P9-15-T-7032 and is hereby issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ). The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-73 dated 29 April 2014.This requirement is being solicited as full and open competition. The North American Industry Classification System Code (NAICS) is 561730 landscape care and maintenance services and/or installing trees, shrubs, plants, lawns, or gardens with a Small Business Size Standard of $7.5 million. The basis of award will be Fixed Firm Price. Additionally, offerors must quote on all items to be eligible for award. The Government will award a contract resulting from this solicitation to the responsible offeror whose offer conforming to the solicitation. FOB Destination Wappapello Lake Management Office, 10992 Hwy T, Wappapello, Missouri, 63966 The following provisions apply to this RFQ: FAR 52.212-1 Instructions to Offerors - Commercial and FAR 52.212-3 Offeror Representations and Certifications- Commercial Items. Note: 52.212-3 shall be completed in the offerors System for Award Management (SAM) record. All interested parties MUST be registered in SAM in order to receive a contract award. If you are not registered with SAM, you may contact the SAM Help Desk at 1-866-606-8220 or register on-line at http://www.sam.gov. The following clauses apply to this RFQ and resulting contract: FAR 52.212-4, Contract Terms and Conditions-Commercial Items, FAR 52.212-5 Contract Terms and Conditions Required to Implement Statutes or Executive Orders - Commercial Items, DFARS 252.203-7005 - Representation Relating to Compensation of Former DoD Officials, 252.204-7004 - Alternate A, System for Award Quotes are to be received electronically no later than 1300 hrs Central Time on 18 March 2015.
