- The SED Development Division is requesting the procurement of Wind River software license. The only source for this required procurement is Wind River Systems, Inc. specifically required by the Aviation Missile Research, Development, and Engineering Center (AMRDEC), U.S. Army Research, Development, and Engineering Command (RDECOM), Redstone Arsenal, Alabama. AUTHORITY CITED- The statutory authority permitting other than full and open competition is 10 U.S.C. 2304(c) (1), as implemented by FAR 6.302-1, Only One Responsible Source and No Other Supplies or Services Will Satisfy Agency Requirements.
