- Synopsis: MICC-West Point intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source under the authority of FAR 13-106-1(b)(1)(i), quote mark Only one responsible source quote mark based on the company being the sole developer and provider of the products and is therefore the only source capable of satisfying the Government requirements. The Government intends to solicit and negotiate with The Murus Co., 3234 Route 549, Mansfield, PA 16933 for: Follow on research Version 4.0 of SIP solution - to include cam-lock panel system, and protective coating on roofs, walls and floor panels. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals. However, any responsible source who believes it is capable of meeting the requirement may submit a capability statement, proposal, or quotation, which shall be considered by the agency, only if received by the closing date and time of this notice. A determination not to compete the proposed requirement based upon the responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Responses to this notice are due on or before 03/04/2015 by 11:59 Eastern Standard Time (EST) by email to Richard.j.williams8@us.army.mil
