- The USDA, Animal and Plant Health Inspection Service (APHIS), Veterinary Services (VS) intends to purchase swine backtags using commercial and simplified acquisition procedures. The backtags must meet the specifications in the corresponding solicitation. This procurement will be a small business set-aside under NAICS code 322220. The proposed contract will be a five (5) year fixed price IDIQ contract. Solicitation number AG-6395-S-15-0057 will be posted on or about March 3, 2015.
