As a result of this amendment, the due date for the proposal has been changed to 2:00 p.m., Monday, March 23, 2015. The Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) William J. Hughes Technical Center (WJHTC) is soliciting proposals for engineering and technical support services for the Airport Technology Research and Development Branch. The WJHTC is located next to the Atlantic City International Airport, New Jersey 08405. This is a Full and Open competitive "best value" procurement requiring Cost and Technical Proposals at time of closing. The NAICS code for this requirement is "541330", Professional, Scientific, and Engineering/Technical Services and the size standard is $15 million. The FAA plans to award one (1) Cost Plus Fixed Fee (CPFF), Level of Effort (LOE), Indefinite Delivery, Indefinite Quantity type contract for a period of performance of five (5) years. Funding for this planned contract will be provided on individual delivery orders under the basic contract. Interested parties responding to this solicitation are directed to the attached Screening Information Request (SIR) DTFACT-15-R-00008 and the attachments (A-D). All Questions/inquires must be provided in writing by Tuesday, March 3, 2015, to Kimberly Proko at Kimberly.proko@faa.gov. Proposals are due no later than March 17, 2015, by 2:00 PM, EST. Prospective offerors are hereby on notice that any amendment(s) issued to this solicitation will be published at http://faaco.faa.gov under current announcements for the WJHTC. Therefore, it is the offerors responsibility to visit this website frequently for updates on this procurement. This announcement does not obligate the Government to award any effort resultant from SIR DTFACT-15-R-00008.
