03 Mar 15 A link to the Past Performance Information (PPI) Tool has been posted under Solicitation 3 as Attachment 13. 27 Feb 15 The final Request for Proposal (RFP) package for the Hypobaric Altitude Chambers program has been posted. Please note, the RFP Cover Letter, Model Contract, and Attachments 1-12 are posted under Solicitation 1. Exhibit A, CDRL Package, is posted under Solicitation 2. 27 Feb 15 The Bidder's Library has been posted. Figures 1-3 represent a sample of one chamber configuration and are intended to assist with proposal preparation of the pre-priced options. All documentation contained in the Bidder's Library is for reference only and should not be construed as additional requirements or restrictions upon the RFP package and the requirements contained therein. 20 Feb 15 Government responses to industry questions have been posted as an attachment to this announcement. 06 Feb 15 Industry Day Announcement : A FLCMC/WNS would like to invite interested Industry representatives to participate in the Hypobaric Altitude Chambers Program lndustry Day to be held on 19 February 2015 in Building 850, Room 319, Wright-Patterson AFB, OH. The Hypobaric Altitude Chambers follow-on acquisition is for Help Desk Support, Scheduled Contractor Logistics Support (CLS), Unscheduled CLS. This is an 8(a) Business Development set-aside source selection conducted in accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Part 12, FAR Part 15, and FAR Par 19 as supplemented by the Defense Federal Acquisition Regulation Supplement (DFARS), and the Air Force Federal Acquisition Regulation Supplement (AFFARS). This acquisition will be restricted to companies that are designated as an 8(a) Business Development small business under NAICS code 541330A with a size standard of $38.5 million. The purpose of this Industry Day is to provide insight into the Draft Hypobaric Altitude Chambers RFP, view Hypobaric Altitude Chamber model 20M331, and meet individually with industry partners to answer questions that might arise. Forty-five minute time slots will be provided to companies interested in competing as a Prime. The target audience is industry representatives who are interested in competing as prime offerors or major subcontractors. The draft Request for Proposal (RFP) was posted to FBO.gov on 09 January 2015. The draft agenda for this Industry Day will be posted prior to 19 February 2015. Directions and parking instructions will provided separately to the companies that plan to attend. At the conclusion of this Industry Day, a list of attendees will be posted to FedBizOpps that will identify the attending companies, their points of contact, and their interest as a prime contractor or subcontractor. Wright-Patterson (WP) AFB Visitor Access Procedures and Information: To secure registration and access to WPAFB, Hypobaric Altitude Chambers Industry Day attendees MUST provide the following information to Ms. Mary DelRaso and Ms. Caitlin Finke (contact information listed below) by Noon, 12:00 PM EST, Thursday, 12 February 2015: •· Company Name(s) · Company Address(es) · Company POC(s) · Hypobaric Altitude Chambers Interest (Prime, Subcontractor, etc.) o Attendee Information: § Name(s) § E-mail Address(es) § Telephone number(s) § If attendee does not have valid DoD ID card, please provide: •· Full name as displayed on state issued driver's license · Date of birth •· Driver's license number/State ID number/Passport number •· State from which driver's license/ID is issued; Passport country If attendees do not possess a valid DoD ID card, entry onto WPAFB will be permitted through the Gate 19B ONLY, located on National Road which intersects with Col Glenn Highway. For attendees without a valid DoD ID card, all visitors must be provide a valid picture ID, proof of insurance of vehicle, or rental car agreement to proceed beyond the gate. Additional Information: This invitation to participate in the Hypobaric Altitude Chambers Program lndustry Day does not constitute an invitation for bid or request for proposal. Any procurement action for the Hypobaric Altitude Chambers Program will be the subject of a separate, future announcement. The Government is under no obligation to award any related contract associated with this event. The Government will not reimburse contractors for any costs associated with preparing or submitting a response to this notice. Participation in the Hypobaric Altitude Chambers Program lndustry Day is voluntary. The Government will not reimburse attendees for any costs associated with participation. This lndustry Day, draft RFP and/or other information presented herein will not obligate the Government in any manner. It is anticipated that the scope of the Hypobaric Altitude Chambers Program will include Scheduled and Unscheduled Contractor Logistics Support, Help Desk Support, Dismantle of Decommissioned Hypobaric Altitude Chambers, and three Engineering Change Proposals (ECPs) to include the following: Combined Altitude Depleted Oxygen upgrade, Video Monitoring upgrade, and Communications System upgrade. Please note that all interested vendors may request a copy of the Bidder's Library at this time, in accordance with Section L, Attachment 7.
