- AMENDMENT #1: CLIN0001: Quantity 1 EA. Aircraft Ground Power Unit for Test Cell. Model requested is Unitron UFC-60M-620UDC, 60.0v Va mobile Pwr Kart series frequency converter or equal. This single unit must supply both 115V 400Hz A/C and 28VDC with simultaneous power. (see attached Requirement and Technical Order 33D4-6-212-61 paragraph 1.2.2.1 and paragraph 3.10). This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format prescribed in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Solicitation FA4877-15-Q-0169 is issued as a Request For Quotation (RFQ). This solicitation document incorporates provisions and clauses of those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-78, Defense Circular Number 20150226, and Air Force Acquisition Circular 2014-1001.The results of this requirement will be a Firm Fixed Priced (FFP) contract. This procurement is being issued as a 100% small business set-aside. The Associated North American Industrial Classification Standard (NAICS) code for this request is 335999 with a size standard of 500 employees or less. The right to make multiple or no award is reserved in the event it is advantageous to the Government to do so. Items called for by this RFQ have been identified in the schedule by brand name or equal. The contractor shall provide the following Contract Line Item Number (CLIN): CLIN0001: Quantity 1 EA. Aircraft Ground Power Unit for Test Cell. Model requested is Unitron UFC-60M-620UDC, 60.0v Va mobile Pwr Kart series frequency converter or equal. This single unit must supply both 115V 400Hz A/C and 28VDC with simultaneous power. (see attached Requirement and Technical Order 33D4-6-212-61 paragraph 1.2.2.1 and paragraph 3.10). THIS REQUIREMENT IS A BRAND NAME OR EQUIVALENT. IF QUOTING AN OR EQUAL ITEM PLEASE INCLUDE ANY INFORMATION SHOWING HOW THE PRODUCT IS AN EQUIVILANT. THIS REQUIREMENT IS BEING ISSUED AS A 100% SMALL BUSINESS SET ASIDE. Shipping will be FOB Destination to 355 CMS/CCR, 3345 S First Street, Davis Monthan AFB, AZ 85707. The shipment should be marked for TSgt Robert A. Williams.
