Fermilab requests your firm-fixed price proposal for cable in accordance with the term & conditions referenced below and incorporated into this solicitation by reference. MATERIALS, SUPPLIES OR SERVICES RESULTING FROM THIS QUOTE ARE FOR WORK DONE UNDER PRIME CONTRACT NO. DE AC02-07CH11359 WITH THE UNITED STATES DEPARTMENT OF ENERGY. ANY ITEMS COVERED BY G.S.A. CONTRACTS SHOULD BE SO INDICATED. Please Note: the following forms must be returned with your proposal: FL-6 Representations Certifications This quotation shall be awarded on an item by item or total package basis, whichever is in the best interests of Fermilab, at the sole discretion of Fermilab.Alternate bids shall not be accepted unless requested as part of this quotation. 6380 feet - CABLE, HIGH VOLTAGE PULSE, AA5966, SPECIFICATION 1713-ES-159896, Revision E, EACH SPOOL SHALL BE NO LESS THAN 270 FEET AND NO MORE THAN 290 FEET IN LENGTH. TOTAL ORDER REQUIRES 22 SPOOLS OF CABLE THAT MEET THIS REQUIREMENT. CABLE SHALL (CON'T) BE MARKED WITH A BRIGHT COLORED ADHESIVE TAPE ( i.e. NOT BLACK ) AT A LENGTH OF 135 FEET FROM THE INNER END OF THE CABLE, SO AS TO BE OBVIOUS WHEN UNSPOOLING AT FNAL.
