- We are currently conducting market research for physician on-call software with an accompanying 1-year license. This is not a request for quote nor commitment or authorization to incur costs in anticipation of this future solicitation. We are currently seeking Small Businesses under the North American Industry Classification System Code (NAICS) 334614 for interest in this requirement. Evans Army Community Hospital on Fort Carson in Colorado has a requirement for a physician and on-call contact system for 3 clinics. This software must be commercially available and already have been awarded a Certificate of Networthiness and approved for use by the U.S. Army Medical Command (MEDCOM). To be eligible for consideration, the contractor must be registered in System for Award Management (SAM). Contractors can register in SAM at https://www.sam.gov. A DUNS (Dun and Bradstreet) number is required in order to register. Please respond to this email with your company information, to include contact info and Cage Code (if available) ifyou would like to be considered as an interested party for the future solicitation. This Sources Sought Synopsis is issued for maximizing competition. Should anything in the requirement be construed as limiting competition, please feel free to contact the MICC Special Competition Advocate (SCA) at dean.m.carsello.civ@mail.mil. Do not send information about products to this email. Please review the response email instructions below. Questions will not be answered related to the details of this future solicitation. Confirmation of receipt of email is the only notification or response this office will provide. All qualified and interested parties shall respond no later than 11:00 am MDT on 10 May 2015. All responses shall be emailed to jodi.l.west.civ@mail.mil. Responses should include a product brochure, brand, model, and features.
