- Attachment 7 Attachment 6 Attachment 5 Attachment 4 Attachment 3 Attachment 2 Attachment 1 Solicitation Notice The work shall consist of providing all tools, equipment, materials, testing, labor and personnel necessary to plan, manage, supervise and construct the project to repair and improve the kitchen, laundry and secondary dining area and replace kitchen appliances in a military housing unit. The scope of work is to include lead and asbestos testing and abatement. The scope of work is further defined in the Description of Work section. The magnitude of this project is between $25,000 and $100,000 in accordance with FAR 36.204. Completed construction shall conform to current codes and regulations, not specifically stated elsewhere in this project statement of work to provide a complete and useable facility upon completion. All work shall be accomplished in strict accordance with the contract specifications and subject to the terms and conditions of the contract. NOTE: THIS PROJECT WILL BE PERFORMED IN THE COUNTRY OF JAPAN; AWARD CAN ONLY BE MADE TO FIRMS LICENSED AND AUTHORIZED TO PERFORM WORK IN THE COUNTRY OF JAPAN.
