- Solicitation Number: W15QKN-15-R-0002 Notice Type:Response to Industry Questions After Draft RFP and Industry Day #3 The Modular Handgun System (MHS) Program - Industry Day THREE was held at Fort Belvoir, VA. October 28 & 29 2014. Questions related to this program have been received and Government responses to the questions are available. The quote mark Questions and Answers quote mark document is marked DISTRIBUTION STATEMENT C. Distribution authorized to U.S. Government agencies and registered contractors with applicable federal assigned CAGE code as small arms weapons, ammunition and enabler manufacturing with interest in the United States Army Modular Handgun Program. Those vendors that have attended the Modular Handgun System (MHS) Program, Industry Day THREE will receive a password to retrieve these responses via the SAFE system. Other interested vendors must submit a formal request in accordance with distribution statement C requirements and a signed NON-DISCLOSURE NON-USE AGREEMENT Point of Contact(s) (POC): Vincent Turco at vincent.f.turco.civ@mail.mil and/or Daniel Potempa at daniel.l.potempa2.civ@mail.mil Contracting Office Address: ACC - New Jersey, Center for Contracting and Commerce, Building 9 Phipps RD, Picatinny Arsenal, NJ 07806-5000 NO TELEPHONE INQUIRIES WILL BE ACCEPTED.
