- Description
- The U.S. General Services Administration (GSA) Region 8 (Colorado, Montana, North Dakota, South Dakota, Utah & Wyoming) announces the need for a Multiple Award Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) Task Order Contract for Construction Services. This procurement shall be a HUBZone set-aside. This is negotiated firm fixed price procurement. The projects will include a wide range of construction projects over the period of performance utilizing the design/bid/build, design/build approach. Primarily task orders will consist of repair/alteration and tenant finish projects for the GSA and other government agencies in occupied federally owned or leased building. The IDIQ will be a base year plus four one-year options to renew. The solicitation will be available on or about February 13, 2015; the actual date for receipt of proposals will be stated in the solicitation. A site visit is anticipated to be scheduled for February 19, 2015 at 9:00am at the Denver Federal Center, W.6 th Ave & Kipling Street, Building 41, Denver, CO 80225. The room is the Colorado Room. Site visit information shall be confirmed in the solicitation.
